Caitlin M. Costigan

Attorney Caitlin Costigan has devoted her entire legal career to the practice of family law. She has been practicing family law for over twelve years and has handled matters across the Commonwealth. Attorney Costigan excels in navigating complicated legal issues that families are facing while providing constant confidence and support to her clients.

Attorney Costigan truly enjoys helping her clients navigate through this difficult and complicated time.  Attorney Costigan works closely with all her clients to answer their questions and explain the divorce and court process.  She also returns calls and answer emails promptly, and keeps clients informed about the status of their case throughout the process.

Attorney Costigan’s primary goal in any legal matter she handles is quality and cost-effective resolution. Whether that includes negotiation in the conference room, or legal advocacy in the courtroom, Attorney Costigan is praised by her clients and colleagues for being an effective negotiator and litigator. Attorney Costigan and Attorney Sladen have worked together for a majority of their respective legal careers. Attorney Costigan is a graduate of University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Attorney Costigan graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in juvenile and family law. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine and is admitted to the practice of law before the federal courts of Massachusetts and Maine.  Attorney Costigan and Attorney Sladen are co-chairs of the Conciliation Program for the Worcester County Bar Association.

Outside of work, Caitlin can most often be found enjoying the great outdoors, usually in Maine, with her husband, two children and two dogs.
